Built for everyone who reads.

  1. Our commitment

Invest Wise Way targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across the marketing site, the dashboard, and the AI Bureau. We design with assistive-technology users in mind from the start, not as a retrofit. Where Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) applies to us, we align with the integrated standard.
  2. What is covered

The public marketing pages (Home, Features, Pricing, About, Blog, posts, Security, Customers, Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer, Cookies), the calculator suite, the auth pages (sign in / sign up / password reset), and the dashboard internals (transactions, retirement planner, AI Bureau chat, calculators, settings). New routes inherit the same accessibility baselines.
  3. How we tested

Static analysis with eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y, manual keyboard-only navigation, automated WCAG checks via axe-core, screen-reader walkthroughs on VoiceOver (macOS / iOS) and TalkBack (Android). Colour contrast verified against WCAG 2.2 ratios on the editorial paper/ink palette plus the slate dashboard palette. Mobile QA at 375×812 viewport.
  4. Known gaps

    (1) Some calculator outputs display as plotted SVG charts; we provide tabular data alongside every chart for screen-reader access, but visual-only readers may need the table form. (2) PDF statement parsing previews show raw extracted data; we are working on a screen-reader-friendly summary view. (3) AI Bureau dispatches occasionally produce long-form replies that, while semantically marked up, may take time to navigate via screen reader. We are tracking these and will publish fix dates as they land.
  5. Assistive technology compatibility

The site is built with semantic HTML, meaningful headings, ARIA labels on icon-only buttons, focus rings on interactive elements, and keyboard support for all primary actions. Tested with current versions of VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS. We do not block browser zoom; reflow works up to 400% per WCAG 2.2 SC 1.4.10.
  6. Report an issue

Email accessibility@investwiseway.ca with the URL, the assistive technology you are using, and a description of the barrier. We respond within five business days. We do not require a formal complaint to fix something; just tell us and we will fix it.
  7. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time audit. Each release runs through the same a11y checks before deployment. We publish material accessibility changes in the blog. If you find a gap, please tell us — it is the most efficient way to improve.
